Had a VBAC after a c-section. I have one Daughter who is 2 1/2 and we are currently trying for Baby #2! Yay! Its exciting I can't wait! But my Doctor said I can have a vbac or c-section? I'm nervous for both! My last c-section had to have due to complications and hemmoring bad and had to be put all they way under b/c my epidural stopped working! And to have a vbac would be great but I'm scared! I have never done it! Hehe o well I can do it I know but what are u guys stories! :)

I haven't had one but I'm also curious. I had an emergency c-section with my first and I have no idea what to expect for future births.

Well I've never had a vbac or c section, but I've had 2 vaginal births with no meds and they really aren't bad. I was in labor 2hrs with the first and "active labor" for 5hrs with the second. I only pushed a few times and babies were out. I was nervous both times so its normal, but its also not as bad as everybody says. Good luck!!!

join a vbac group here on cafemom. I am hoping to have one. I am 9 weeks. I know someone who had to have an emergency c section with her first and her second was a VBAC that went very smoothly. There are risks to both but from what I've read, the risks of another c section are higher than those of a vbac.
