So my s/o was out of town working for a month and wasn't supposed to get back home until Monday. Well, yesterday I get home from my cousins house and there's dinner set up on the table with candles and everything set up :-). He surprised me with chicken marsala (his step dad is a chef so he learned how to cook early) and cheescake for dessert! Sooo with my excitement I MAY have over done it on the wine (opps!). Thankfully he was here because I slept uninterrupted last night (with a 2yr old and 4wk old) lol. My only thing is can I pump breast milk without making my baby tipsy? I think I'm sort of hungoverish and I'm not sure if its all out of my system. I'm pretty full and would hate to mess up my milk supply. I also don't want to throw out good milk!

you dont have to pump and dump. alcohol will cycle through your milk in 4 hours.

I would pump and dump. It's not perfectly good milk if out has alcohol in it. Better safe than sorry.
