Let me first start off by saying I am no way offended by what this girl said, just the way she said it and the fact that she should keep something to her self.
Ok so I go to school with this girl. She is VERY rude, loud, and opinionated. Always has something negative to say to everybody..even the instructor. Anyways I was sitting beside her in lab, I was looking at a picture of my DD that my mom sent me. This girl didn't ask to see the picture, just took the phone from me. She said "Aw your DD is cute. You know I assumed you had a baby with a black man!" Really? But again I am not offended she said that, I have no problem with interracial couples. It's just why the hell would you assume that, never less say it to someone you know nothing about.

I wish I was more like that. I hate confrontation. All I was able to do was able to do was stare in disbelief.

I would tell her there is a proper way to conduct herself, and what you described isn't it.

I'm the same way. I probably would have been like, "Uhh...ok."

That's always rude... I hate when girls in my school even ask what race my son's dad is. Why does it matter?
