I had surgery in my mouth today and they told me no salt or anything spicey and nothing that consists of chewing for the next week, what should I buy to eat for the next week?

I was in the same situation. Applesauce and jello is what I ate for a week. Yogurt is also fine to eat too.

This may not sound too fun, but if you make something for dinner that you want maybe you can just blend it up or something so you don't have to chew it. That or eat mashed or baked potatoes with no salt or butter maybe some sour cream if you like that. Hope you heal up quickly!

Potatoes :) lol they're my favorite food. Yogurt, pudding, applesauce, jello, fruit smoothies... good luck!

Applesauce, jello, definitely get some boost and/or ensure drinks... mashed potatoes {saltless, of course... and make them a lil more creamy so you can almost drink it}, some kind of broth, pudding. I had 8 teeth taken out at once {including them having to dig into my gums and remove my wisdom teeth}, and this was the diet I was on for almost a month.
