I get paid $8.20 an hour (20 cents over minimum wage in CA) and I work at a grocery store as a bagger. Hopefully I'll stop being lazy and start studying my produce codes so I can be a part time cashier once I get back to work from maternity leave. Then I'll be paid more while I'm in the check stand :).
