does anyone have broken muscles after having c-sections ......Did you loose it or struggle with it ?

I've had 4 c-sections, and no muscle problems. I do have this extra freaking low belly pouch that seems to be impossible to get rid of!! :(

Same here, except I've had 5.

I have no issues other than a pouch .. But I'm sure if I did something healthy wise I could loose it ... My mom not so lucky :( hers were cut .. But things were different back then and so were the cuts .

I have no feeling where it was done and i have a lot of adomial pain since mine and its been 19 months almost since it was done.
