I am happy to say that this week I recieved a letter from a college I had applied to for this summer. Only thimg is I do not have transportation nd orig. Wanting to do it online so that I may be w/my ds. Does anyone know of places or sites to assist or donate a computer or laptop for single mom trying to go back to school?

A lot of schools will include a laptop in the tuition.  Check with the school/financial aid office.

You can apply for financial aid. I get a grant called the Pell Grant. How much you get is based off your income, but whatever money you get that isn't used by your school is refunded to you, and you can use it however you want. That could possibly help to buy you a computer.

I agree. My freshman year of college, I used my pell grant to buy a laptop for school.
