i plan on start dieting. my sister uses weight watchers with the whole points. she doesnt do the part you pay for. and i'll be doing it as well.
but i was reading online and there is a thing called a weight diet.
its pretty much you drink like two cups of water before you eat so you eat less. and it should be water cause of no calories and what not. and its not suppose to this long time doing it i guess.
anyone heard of it? i try drinking water before i eat but i kinda feel hungry quicker.

I think it's cause the water fill you up a little, so you can't eat as much. I might try that. ;)

ii'll admit it works. and sure does make sure you drink extra water.

Drinking the water helps fill your stomach so you don't eat as much food.

also drinking enough water to stay fully hydrated helps keep up your metabolism, so it's a good idea in general :)

You're suppose to drink half your body weight, in ounces, of water a day. :) i just started dieting and it's not really hard. :)
