I'm just going through the clothes at baby depot (Burlington coat factory's maternity/baby section) and this lady (she had to be in her 40s) & she gives me the dirtest look I have ever seen in my life. & said its a damn shame I gave my life up for something so preventable & I was stupid. I just stood there in shock I didnt know what to do.

Keep in mind i JUST became 6 months pregnant yesterday and I can still fit into my pre pregnancy clothes. Perfectly, but I wanted to get some
Clothes that feel better around my tummy.

I get I'm going to be judged for being 18 almost 19 and a single mom. But damn she could of looked and kept moving. I've been through a hell of a lot during this pregnancy dealing with my baby dad and over bearing friends & I feel blessed that I can even have a child since I had a condition that lessened the chance of me having kids. But it just hurt.. Like I have a plan for me and my future for what seems to be the best to support my child. ugh sorry I feel like all I do is rant! :/

Ignore it. I'm 20, married, and these babies will make kids 5 and 6 for us, not all bio kids, but still, our kids. Most people assume I'm a single teen mom. I'm not. You can't do anything but ignore them.

You just have to ignore that..I got those looks when I was 15 pushing my niece around at the mall and my SIL was right next to us. My sister who was 13 got those same looks that same day. Lol, my only child is my daughter and she is almost 3. Honestly some of the best moms can be teens in my opinion..because you guys strive to do better and most adults who have kids really don't unless they already have it.

" im sorry that you have a condition that makes you talk out of your ass when noone asked for your opinion, its could have been preventable"

you cant fix peoples ignorance

I am 18 and single and pregnant.
I do not feel there is anyone to judge us in our situation. Everyone makes mistakes, life happens. We make our own choices and create our own path but that doesn't make us perfect. And it definitely doesn't make everyone else wrong for making different choices.

Don't let her judge you. You're a great, strong mom to be and your baby will love and appreciate you. So dont take it personal. People are ignorant and judgmental when they have no reason to put themselves on a high horse.

That is so rude! Keep your head up though. At least you are taking responsibility. Every baby is a blessing. She's just jealous ;)
