For as long as I can remember I have always ate salt, like just salt all by itself because I get wicked cravings for it. I am now almost 20, have my own place, and its to the point where I keep a container of sea salt (the kind that is like little chunks of salt not the grains of it) and every now and then I'll get my cravings and have like 5 or 6 pieces, I love the taste of it. I know its not really normal but I can't help it, I get severe cravings for it. I was wondering if anyone else does it, or knows what causes it, or if there is some deficiency that causes someone to get the absolute need for salt. Any comments are greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

I would get normal salt because sea salt doesn't have the nutrition your body may be craving. Use it sparingly and see if that works.
