Mommy and me group

Hello, my name is JaLisa :) I'm 20 yrs old and my daughter is 8 months. I live in the Newport News, VA area and I was hoping to maybe form a mommy and me group :) maybe we can do like a book club, and go on group outings to the park and other fun stuff like that. My husband is in the Navy so he is sometimes gone for work trips and I would love to have some people to get together with and just hang out :) if you're in the area, shoot me an email and maybe we can get a group together :) [e-mail]

You might check on fb or call your local churches and see if they have a group already formed.

 chamber of commerce might be another good place to call..or look up the MOPS International and see if there is a MOPS group

Awe I used to live in va beach when my hubby was in the navy but we moved to nc when he got out.
Try the Virginia mommies group you might have better luck. I know there are military wives groups out there that get together. Good luck!
