Do you have a newborn? Are you pregnant? What's going on to make you not sleep?

You are in the first trimester and not sleeping? I havent heard of that honestly. Stress can do it. What are you so stressed about if you dont mind me asking?

You need to talk to your doctor. There are some meds you can take but probably not until the second trimester.
What exactly stresses you out?

If your stressed it's normal! Don't worry everything will be fine, it's hard having new pregnancy jitters! I was the same way I barely slept in the beginning, it's okay just relax try taking a warm bath before bed, reading, watching your favorite show, just don't think about the negatives but the positives that helped me a lot, dreaming about if it was gonna be a boy or girl, baby names, what i wanted their room theme to be, you name it. I know right now it's hard not to think of the scary things, but the positives outweigh the negatives I promise!
