I have only been gettin 3-4 hrs of sleep the past few days is there anything i can do to get more sleep

Stress can possibly up the chance of miscarriage. It happened to me with my first pregnancy. Just try not to worry. You'll get through it, everything will be okay.

Just dont stress about it. I didnt have nausea or anything then i started bleeding and cramping REALLY bad with my first pregnancy. I miscarried. Im sure you will be fine if you dont stress out about the things that COULD happen. If everyone thought about that, wow..We would all be constantly stressed lol =)

Awe :( sorry for ur loss i jus took a hot reaxin bath calmed down meditated i feel stress free now (: an ya lol we would all b stressed

Talk to your doctor about melatonin. Is what your body releases for sleep and a little extra might help! :-)
