 Well I knew this was going to happen going to court to fight for my daughter my ex is taking me to court b/c he says I kidnapped our daughter and brought her to the U.S. w/o his permission and that Im a bad mom and I have all kinds of proof that claims that Im a good mom and I been taking care of her all on my own I already have a lawyer and he says he doesnt see how my ex can get full custody when he job is basically his life...So I need advice from any mom or anybody that knows or has been through this b/c I have a feeling this isnt going to end well just hoping and praying I can keep my little girl

Get an international family lawyer. was ur daughter born in us or Australia? Cute that might t make a difference too.

Since she was born in Australia, you might have a real problem. I know you didn't really intend to kidnap her, but I'm afraid the courts will see it that way. Good luck! Get a really good lawyer!!

And, technically bc you didn't get a passport for her, Hana may not be in this country legally.
Have you filed for a US birth certificate?

Is the father on the birth certificate? Do ya'll have a court ordered custody agreement in australia?

 No is name isnt on the birth certificate and nope that never came to mind
