Sleep when baby sleeps and don't stress over a schedule early on.

That chores can wait and your baby can't. I'd rather have a little mess and more time with my son. I try to only clean while he's napping.

Sleep When The Baby IS SLEEP

Not exactly a new mom YET. Only have about 2 weeks left until I will be though!!

BUT,

I have had a lot of advice so far, and probably the best advice I have heard, that I've seen a lot of my new-mom friends go through is once you put the baby in their crib to sleep, let them lay there and cry, as long as you have made sure they aren't sick, they don't need changed, or they aren't hungry, don't give in and pick them up right away, because if you do that, then they will never get used to sleeping alone or in their own bed. And I already see that you should do that because I've seen a lot of my friends struggle getting their little ones to sleep in their cribs because they pick them up no more than 5 minutes after they start crying!
