Soo you need tips to help you destress like at the end of the day and feel better or to try to stay stress free throughout the dsy? A warm bath with my kindle and a candle lit helps me after i put my daughter to bed =) If you get stressed during the day, try taking a walk or taking a few deep breaths with your eyes closed. All of that helps me.

Thanks it's just hard for me to relax from when I wake up til when I go to bed. I try to take baths but its hard because I can't relax with that anymore because my phones going off or I have all this stuff to do, but the neighborhood I live in apparently isn't good for pregnant women to walk in due to the fact there's vicious animals that have been known to attack people. I appreciate the advice I just can't ever relax and it's taking its toll
