Working Out and Back Problems

Hello , im new to this site .. Im 21 with back issues , just curious if anyone has had back problems and if so how did you work out? My doctor dosent want any pulling or pushing so im very low on the board , but ive been dieting and i want to do more to lose some pounds?

Maybe you can ask your doctor about physical therapy to help you strengthen your back/core while you recover.

What about swimming? Very low impact!

Try walking and swimming. Riding a bike might be ok too, depending on the type of back problems you have.

 can you just walk for exercise?  it would probably be good for your back.

Diet is about 80% when it comes to health and weightloss.  Fix your diet and the weight should come off, even without exercise.  

Try walking though
