I have the Mirina IUD and I love it. I hardly get periods, and when I do, they are only like 2 days long and light.

I am planning to get an IUD after this baby. I either want something simple like Mirena or Nuvaring. I guess I will have to wait and see though, since I get migraines due to hormones.

I had Implonon for 2 in a half years but it really screwed up my periods. I'm now on the the pill. Have been for almost a year now.

I had the mirena for 5 years and I would not recommend that to anyone I had to have mine surgericly removed from my stomach. I've been on the pill for a year and LOVE it!

The mirena was not simple for me I had to have mine surgericly removed from my stomach. It migrated from my uterus to my stomach I would reconsider the mirena if I were you.
