Did you feel like a mom while you were pregnant or not really until after your baby was born?

Lots of preparing while pregnant but the overwhelming feeling of being mom definitely hit me after giving birth and seeing my son.

About 10 weeks pregnant. My baby took top priority and very hard and tough decisions were made for his benefit. When it became a no brainer that I would do anything I had to to keep my baby safe that's when I became a mother. Seeing him laid on my chest for the first time turned my whole world right side up. Looking at the face of your heart and soul is just absolutely magical

I was a mom before I got pregnant.

DH and I had his sons full time for about 18 months before I felt like a mom. So I was 19 when i first felt like a mom.

Oh my gosh lol so many times! When i found out, i changed completely. I thought then that i couldn't be happier, but then i started showing and feeling him kick. That made me become even more...maternal i suppose lol. Then when i held him, and i was just looking at him, feeling so much more love and pride than i had ever thought i could, i sort of took that final step into never wanting to look back or imagine how i lived without him. Im super super sappy sometimes lol
