Been here for 18 months-Kids have friends-MY TURN!

Hi Ladies!

So happy to discover this group on CM:)  I moved to Durham 18 months ago with my 4 kids, to create a new life with my SO. We went thru hell and high water to get here-MAJOR long story-but we finally got here:) I had been a single, working, homeschooling mom for 5 years prior to the move, so my first plan was to get the kids involved in EVERYTHING when we got here-which we did:) They have TONS of great new friends...I have great directions to every ball field and art class in town, and a full calendar of kids activities-but no friends!!!!:) So, here I am...:) We are out off Wake Forest Hwy, still in Durham. We love it here:)
