Looking for suggestions with kids (PIOG)

I am trying to find a way to tell  my girls that we are looking to adopt.  I just realized that we need to start this discussion soon because when we have a homestudy they will probably want to talk to the girls.  I know there are other people out there that have biological children and are adopting or has adopted.  I guess it would work for people who have already adopted also and are looking to expand their family.

Any help would be appreciated.  I was hoping to find a book.  If you know one let me know.

How old are your girls?? I think it really depends on there ages :)
