Does anyone know of any bakeries around here that do Fondant Cakes?
I really don't want to risk making my own & messing it up =I
I don't know of any bakeries that do a good job with fondant in Hanford :( but Eddie's Bakery in Fresno does excellent work if you're willing to drive there!
No Bakeries but if you go to Michaels you can ask for the Cake Class teacher and she does them.
A co-worker of mine that is an RN makes the most beautiful and delicious cakes (inc. fondant) and we keep telling her that she needs to open her own bakery. She does take orders and I can give her your name and number if you like or I can have her contact you.
She can probably email you pictures of cakes that she's done recently.
BTW...all of her cakes are better than Eddie's in Fresno !!!
