Christian moms raising special needs children is a group where you ask questions, share advice, and seek support. You do not need to be christian to join the group, however the group is "faith based". Please do not be offended if we refer to God, Jesus Christ or the Bible. If you are offended by expressions of faith, prayer request, or religious talk, this is not the group for you. Our purpose is not to convert you, but to give each other support. You do not need to be the mother of a special needs child to join, i find grandparents, caregivers, teachers among others have a very good insight.

The purpose of the group is to allow us to come together as christian moms. Many times we have unanswered questions, questions we dare not ask out loud. You may feel that your load is too heavy and your road too long and you may feel that the Lord is not hearing your prayers. We won't judge you, we have been there. We know how difficult it is to pray as much as you may want, and we have experienced what a disastrous event a worship service can be with our children. We understand that most of our churches are not prepared to deal with our children or our needs no matter how much they love us.

Come join us and allow us to accompany you on this unique journey that the Lord has chosen for us. You have never been alone in this journey, the Lord has always been with you and now we are also here for you.
