I'm in NJ if that makes any difference.

the paper that they gave me  says I have to have his immunization records, but he didn't get the hep B in the hosptial. Does he have to get it for me to be able to get WIC still? Or is there away around that? I was really hoping to hold of shots for another couple weeks but I need the WIC.

I didn't have my daughters records. I'm sure he can still be on WIC but you need to make sure he does get that shot anyway! =)

Good luck.

NO IT DOESN'T MATTER IF HE'S HAD HIS SHOT OR NOT.  THEY WILL GIVE YOU YOUR WIC ITEMS REGARDLESS.

THE ONLY REASON THEY ASK FOR IT IS TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR LITTLE ONE HAS GOT ALL THE SHOTS NEEDED.  WITH ALL THESE DEISEASES OUT THERE ITS ALWAYS BETTER TO PROTECT THAN TO WAIT.  AND THEY WILL REFER YOU TO A CLINIC/OR TELL YOU WHAT TIME THEY DO SHOTS AT THEIR LOCATION.

THEY ARE JUST DOING THEIR JOB AND MAKING SURE ALL IS GOOD.
