YES!  You do have to report everyone in your home (spouse, children, parents, etc.), and any income they receive.  In our home, my DH receives premium assistance through the state (we over qualify for him to receive medicaid, so we pay a monthly premium to the state to cover his insurance costs), I receive the VHAP (Vermont Health Access Plan - it's basically the same as medicaid, but you pay a premium to the state to help cover the cost and there is often a copay) until 3 months after having this baby when I'll be switched to my DH's insurance, and our son receives Medicaid because he is under 18 and automatically qualifies because of our income.  My son and I both receive WIC, but our household over-qualifies for FS.  So yes, you can all qualify for different programs or receive the same ones, it just depends on your state and your household income level.  Good luck!
