Back Pain

My back pain started when I was in grade school, I had a teacher who was out for blood I think she was a demon. She had this list of stuff for us girls to do if we forgot something I one day forgot my gymshoes and the first thing on the list was 36 sit-ups, I got through the list once and I started the second set of sit-ups ( on a wooden gym floor) and I got half way through it and I couldn't do anymore but I have been having problems with my back ever since. So I blame my back problems on my screwed up school system.

Donna,

I remember having to do those stupid sit-ups on hard gym floors. I couldn't do them either. I always blamed on how skinny I am. It made my tailbone hurt real bad too not just my back.

Sometimes, back pains can also be associated with problems with your spin which you need to go to doctor so that if you are diagnosed with scoliosis then there is still ample time to correct it. See DePuy Pinnacle Recall
