PLEASE DON'T POST OVER EACH OTHER

I would just like to say no matter what business you are with please don't post over each other.

I am with Ameriplan and there are two other reps that just keep posting over each other.

That is just not good team work. That shows moms looking to work from home that our team has no unity and that we are just competing against  each other.

Not sure how long you other guys have been with Ameriplan but that is not what the Freedom At Home Team stands for... we are not in competition with each other.

As long as we are helping mothers be able to work from home and earn an income and not have to put there children in daycare then we are doing our job. No matter what rep they sign up with.

I will not post here anymore so there is no confusion. Again moms don't just like moms that post ad and give no real value. They want to be able to trust you and build a friendship. Just posting ads does not do that.

So please next time you post no matter what company you are with please make sure that another rep from the same company has not posted there.

That is just common cursity!!!

Thanks
Jill

I am with AmeriPlan and have been for 2 years- with the Freedom at Home Team also. We do work together as much as possible, but we are responsible for our own business, and getting our own leads.

BUT, my feeling is, some people post once a day or once a week and feel they will be noticed and get loads of responses.

If someone doesn't want to take the time to repost often, then sorry you get stuck at the bottom.

I am not going to "not post" because someone posted an hour ago or even a day ago, whatever.  Occasionally, if I have the time, I may go through all my ads and post and go back & do it again- that is typically an hour or so in between. By the same standard, some days I can't post at all.

I would be more worried about people that post the same ad 3 times in a row in every group. Everyone forgets to delete one now & then, but c'mon. 3 and 4 in a row!

If you only want one rep from each company, let me know! I will graciously bow out!

It is not my intention to step on anyones toes. I rarely even look at the other ads. I just post mine & move on.

I have also told new AmeriPlan reps on the site (not even on my team) that I have met (and those I have enrolled onto my team) that if they want to advertise on any groups, let me know and I will back off on advertising. No one has said a word until now! In fact, I'm surprised how little A.P.  brokers take advantage of online advertising. Many social networks I'm with have none but me!

Anyway, enough said....

Yes you are right the Freedom at home team does work together but they do it with graces. You don't post over each other, you be kind to one another. You are responsible for your own leads, but not at the expenses at someone else on your same team. The Freedom At Home Team! You should not be posting over and over again in a group. There should be real friendships and trust built, not by someone that just keeps reposting ads. That is crazy and spam!

No one is saying that you should back out and that anybody was talking directly to you.

It is just common cursity for everyone rep regardless of what company that you are with. If someone is from the same company that you work together you don't try to make it a competition on who can post the most ads in the group. You work the group as a TEAM and really help everyone to be successful and especially help those trust you and build a friendship with that person who is potentially going to be your business partner. You want to duplicate a system of communication business building tech, not just how to repost ads weekly. That is not what network marketing is all about! Hinch the name Networking.

I will leave this group to you guys that want to just keep posting there ads weekly. I have created a group with reps from all over every company and reps with the same company. They work the board together. Really helping those moms looking for a work from home business really find a company they will be successful in. We just don't post ads.

You are right there are serveral social network sites but you need to build friendships and trust to make them successful and work for you.

Again it doesn't matter how many times you post that doesn't mean that the person who saw your ad is going to enroll in with you. They have no connection or relationship to you, but known as a spammer.

So all I was saying is that every rep no matter what company, with the same company it makes no difference to me. You must learn how to use groups and social networking sites to your advantage and just re-posting ads is not working towards anyone advantage.
