Well I have Turbo Jam and I did it for a month back in March. I go sick and life took over so I had to stop. Well I have lost all of my pregnancy weight and am actually the same weight as I was in high school. Now that I am feeling better and want to feel even better I plan on working out again. I got Barry's Boot Camp, have yet to find the time to do it, and plan on alternating it with Turbo Jam. I also have Hip Hop Abs but I don't feel the burn like I do with Turbo Jam. My question is has anyone used Barry's Boot Camp?? And if any of y'all have, whatcha think of it?? I need to do the non cardio stuff because I am so close to being underweight and am breastfeeding. I was told that if I workout I will need to take in over 3000 calories a day. My friend, who is a health nut, said that I can do a light workout to work on my tummy and love handles. Thanks for any responses.
