Hey ladies! I haven't noticed much activity here recently so in the spirit of mixing things up I thought I would create a post for your favorite workouts! Tell us what you use, what you like about it, the results you have gotten, how long you've been doing it, anything we should know! Post some pics of you doing the workout or the equipment you use, or anything!

My favorite workout is now Tony Horton's P90X. I have been doing the workout for 2 months now and am starting phase 3 this week. I am still working on losing my baby fat from my 6 mo. old and this routine gave me the kick in the butt that I need! So I thought I would share a few pics of me doing one of the workouts, Core Synergystics.

I have to say that my favorite is probably Turbo Jam because it is just so much fun. Right now I am doing Chalean Extreme. I am on week 2 & loving it so far!

i did turbo jam for awhile but didn't really get results, it was so fun though! my sister is doing it now and she has done sooo well with it!

I agree, the only time I was seeing real results with it was when I was doubling up with the TJ workouts. I loved P90X. I was building some awesome muscle, strength, & flexibility but I wasn't losing a lot so I got discouraged. Then I have been doing lots of different programs but my eating slacked off so unfortunately I gained a lot back but now I am doing Chalean Extreme & loving it. It reminds me of P90X but they are shorter in length. I am only on week 2 & I can already feel the muscle in my arms building up. :-)
