I know we all struggle here and there about getting (and staying) on track with a fitness and nutrition program. Well I'd love to offer my help in getting you to stick with something that works, as bikini season is RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER!! Aggh! Can you believe it?

I've definitely been able to drop a few pounds and tone my arms and legs. I've lost some inches in my gut but there's no muscle definition quite yet. I'm going to start my 2nd round in a couple weeks and mix in a swiss ball workout. These are my before and current pics.

You look amazing!!! Great job and awesome results. I'm going to post my 60 day photos from ChaLEAN next week. Stay tuned....I've been pretty excited about the results. :)
