Hey ladies... I just had my 4th baby May 15th of this year.... my next youngest is 2 as of the end of April. My other 2 are 14 and 12. I have my 6 wk check up tomorrow and should get the green light to start working out (had to have a c-sec) I am at a loss as to when I should try to incorporate this. I have a treadmill and thought I could do it in the morn since the baby seems to behave the best in the morning hours :) as well as my 2 yr old... however... sometimes mornings are hectic and we have errands to run or appts to attend so working out can be impossible. Then there is the afternoon hours when I put my 2 yr old down for a nap after lunch... get the baby fed around that time as well but then that is normally my time to get at least one room clean from top to bottom. I am thinking I can at least squeeze in 20 min of treadmill time I guess. I also have plans to work in stroller walks at least 4-5 times per week as well. Just curious how you ladies make it work :)
