 To get started we all need to get our current measurements .  Unless otherwise stated take your measurment @ the widest part of that body part.  Remember ladies this is all on the honor system & the only person you'll be cheating is yourself.

 Current Weight

Goal Weight

Current BMI

Height

Measurements

Neck

Bust (wear the same bra each time for accurate measurements

Arms - each individually

Waist @ navel

Hips

Thighs - each individually

Calves - each individually

Also feel free to post starting point pics or start an album if you'd like. 

 We're also gonna do a weekly weigh-in which will be on Sundays.

  • Ok here's my current stats:

     Current Weight - 180

    Goal Weight - 135 - 140

    Current BMI - 34

    Height - 5'1

    Measurements:

    Neck - 14

    Bust - 47

    Arms - L 14       R 14 1/4

    Waist @ navel - 40

    Hips - 44

    Thighs - L 25 1/4              R 25 3/4

    Calves - each 14 3/4

    Measurements (I took these a week ago, when my weight was 203.4 I'm not ready to measure again yet, lol)

    Thighs: 26 3/4 each

    Arms: 14"

    Chest: 43"

    waist @ bellybutton: 41"

    Hips: 47 1/2"

    Calves: 16 3/4
