My story.....I'm truly transforming my life.

I recently took a big step towards transforming my life, and wanted to
share it with you. I have 3 kids, a part time job, soccer practice for two kids in two different age groups, boys scouts, about a dozen animals and all the stuff that goes along with raising kids and animals.
I was tired all the time, felt run down, had zero energy. I have gained over 60 lbs in the last 10 years. I also am predisposed to type 2 diabetes, and have high blood pressure.
