Broccoli Fish Bake

Here is a recipe i really like and it is really easy

 

Broccoli Fish Bake           prep time 15 mins

                                            cook time 20 mins

                                            ready in 35 mins

1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli spears, cooked ( i just thaw them and set in the baking dish)

1 pound fresh or thawed frozen firm white fish fillets (cod, haddock or halibut)

1 (10.75 ounces) can campbell's condensed cream of broccoli soup or i use cream of celery soup

1/3 cup of milk

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs

1 teaspoon butter, melted

1/8 teaspoon paprika

Directions

1. Arrange broccoli in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with fish. Mix soup and milk and pour over fish. Sprinkle with cheese

2. Mix bread crumbs, butter, and paprika and sprinkle on top. Bake at 450

for 20 minutes or until fish is done
