by accident (it just caught my eye as I walked by) I found a brownie mix my kids can safely eat! It's by Cherrybrook Kitchen
~peanut free, egg free, dairy free, nut free~
the site I linked shows so many great items. So far, the only one I've found is the brownie mix (I've yet serached the store for more!). Although my littlest can now get away with some baked goods, (his egg allergy is still there, but if it's in cakes/cookies/goods already baked, he's good. Raw, no way!) he was never EVER able to lick the spoon. . . . . or the bowl. . . . . but now. . . .
ha ha ha! you need to add margarine (we use smart balance flax oil one since it's milk free & bakes/cooks well) and you need to add veg oil (I used coconut oil, because I like it!). . . . .taste test. . . . . .
*drum roll*
good! not as chocolately as I'd like (maybe I'll add some safe, dark chocolate next time) but so good, and so nice to have my baby make brownies, and lick the spoon while they bake! =)
