  • If you live Debbie Macomber, then you will love Sheryl Woods and Susan Wiggs. They are actually all friends, and their books are similar. Very well written stories that keep you reading. I never want to put the book down. Barbara Delinsky is also a good author.

  • If you are into western romance, try Linda Lael Miller or Robyn Carr. Linda Lael Miller does the McKettrick series and the Creed series [I haven't read anything else by her yet] and those are really good. Robyn Carr has a Virgin River and Grace Valley series and those are also great.

  • My favorite is Susan Mallery. You can read the first chapters of some of her books for free on her website, www.susanmallery.com. (And if you join the members only section, you can read the first two chapters.) Her style reminds me a lot of Debbie Macomber's. Both of them write about characters that feel like real people.

I also really like Sherryl Woods, Susan Wiggs, and Robyn Carr, to name a few.
