I need help find Class 2011 requirements in North Carolina

Currently my dss is in CMS schools we are wanting to pull him out and homeschool him. He is in 11th grade so class of 2011. I do know that for cms schools the requirements is 28 credits. We just moved here in July of 09, from Michigan. The school he was in, in michigan he only needed 22 credits to graduated. I was wondering if could pm me or email the link to what Noth Carolina law  requires for Homeschoolers for graduation far as credits. Thanks BillieJo
