Hi ladies! Im Kim, wife to my beloved of 15+ years and mama to 5. Kids' ages are: almost 15, 12, 11, 6 & 4. We have been learning at home since the beginning. We have run the gamut in the ways we have learned at home over the years...from boxed curriculum, to eclectic, to charlotte mason, to writing my own, to unschooling and a few other things the Lord has shown us.

Thrilled to be here with other like minded folks. I pray that I can gleen from others here, as well as to be a blessing!

Hello and welcome, Kim! 

I'm Kaylon (25 yo) young wife to my best friend for 7 years and mom to two boys, Adrian (7 yo) and Brayson (6 yo).   We live in Northeast Texas where both husband and I were raised.   We reside on the same 20 acres I was raised on with a lot of my family around us on the same acreage.   

We are second generation homeschoolers.  My brother and I were homeschooled and now we both homeschool our children.  However, my boys did attend public school for a short while.   We have been homeschooling for a little over a year now and haven't found our comfy place just yet.  We have used boxed curriculum, unit studies, made my own, and unschooling.  Lately, we have been doing a lot of unschooling with rules of course (so not radical) but I'm not to uptight.    I am still reading and searching unschooling.. so if you have any advice..share away!

Welcome!  I'm Sonja, married to Paul, and we live in Wyoming.  We homeschool our four youngest (girls) who are 15, 11, 10, and 8.  Our 26 year old son lives with us as well, and our 21 year old daughter and 3 year old granddaughter live about an hour away.

We have only been homeschooling for a few years, but we tried following someone else's curriculum reccomendations before finding what seems to fit us  best.

Welcome to the group!! This is our 4th year homeschooling. We started out using our state's cyber-charter school and hated it, and have slowly evolved into using an eclectic style, using whatever works best for each child's needs.

Welcome!! I have been married for 8 years, 3 children ages 7,6, and 4. We just recently started home school. The kids and I are still trying to get the hang of things =)

Welcome I am pretty new to group as well I am April I am married to Thomas we live in Texas homeschool 4 of my 6 kiddos. Well the number 6 isn't born yet he will be here in may sometime. My older two my oldest son is 21 in college living in fl. And other has mental illness and just recently found out when he was running away was doing drugs so he is in detetion to keep him safe and trying to get him in a boys ranch. He is my challenge child and 16. Our daughters who are presently home schoolers are 8,6 and 3. Then when baby arrives he will be also.
