Just curious if anyone had used the Robinson curriculum, and if you liked it or not? Pros? Cons? I am in total agreement with Charlotte Masons methods, and it's seems this is very similar. Apparently the curriculum is only $195.00 for all your children, all twelve years of school. Sounds almost too good to be true. Okay gals, thoughts?

Never heard of that one. Going to look in to it. I use Charlotte mason method with unit studies.

I know a lady in our homeschool group that loves it. She still buys the math program separately from teaching textbooks. But she has a big book of all the disks that the books come on and the books are listed by grade. I'm not sure if there are lesson plans but i know she printed her books for the children from the disc. She presented this curriculum at our curriculum share.

oh and the books are separated by subject also. Seemed pretty interesting. I was drawn more to ambleside online. http://www.amblesideonline.org/

My sis in law uses it with her four children and she loves it. She bought the Saxon books to go along with it, but otherwise follows the curriculum exactly. She loves that it fosters independant learning in her kids, and that much of the curriculum is 19th and early 20th century. The vocab is better than modern stuff and it refers to God and the Bible, which she likes. The only down that I've seen is that you either must have the kids read the books on a computer (or on a Kindle or something similar), or you must print it all out yourself.
