At what age did your dd's hair start growing? I feel like her hair is very short compared to other kids her age. Some people have told me it could take until she's 5 to see any real growth other have told me between not and when she's 3-3 1/2 it will get longer. It doesn't help that her hair is so thin I'm trying to figure out styles that will help it look like it has some volume.

My daughters has been growing like crazy since birth. She's only one and her hair is armpit length. She's tiny so its not really a major accomplishment though lol!

My daughter finally started growing hair when she was about 3 or 4. I now do olive oil treatments and I think I see the difference.

I think every child is different as far as when it starts to really grow. Try not to stress over it too much, I wish I hadn't, with my youngest came out with these big beautiful curls just like my husbands family and then she got that baby ring in the back of her head from sleeping on her back I was so upset and thought it would screw her hair up but now she's 3, she will be 4 on Friday, and her comes down to her back. Just keep it clean and moisturized. I think keeping it moisturized with natural hair care products is the best thing you can do for your little one and it will grow trust me.

i figure every child is different did you have a full head of hair at her age? Just wait it out it'll grow, and besides if she is a baby it doesn't matter anyway, who is in competition about hair growth anyway lol

My DD's hair never STOPPED growing! My oldest DD's hair is mid-back length, my middle is a little longer than that, and my youngest is past her shoulders.

I don't think I do anything special to have it grow like that, because my hair is the same way.

I can't stand doing hair! My eldest hair didn't start growing until she was 2/3. She's 11 now and it's arm pit lenth. I am SERIOUSLY thinking about letting her relax it. My youngest hair has been growing like a weed since birth, she's 3 and has mid back lenth and way too much of it!
