What are your Valentine's Day plans?
I won't be celebrating tomorrow, we'll be celebrating on Wed night instead....after 5 years of never being able to celebrate on the day of, I'm used to it now, so it doesn't bother me anymore.
I plan to cook us a really nice dinner, instead of us going out, but I'm having trouble with a main dish. I want to fix a really fancy (but not terribly expensive) chicken dish, but I'm having a hard time coming up with a good. I've got a couple of side dishes lined up, but it kinda depends on what the main dish is. For dessert, I'm fixing tiramisu (or peaches and cream) crepes.
Any ideas for a chicken dish?

I also will be staying home and cooking, relax with some wine and exchanging gifts... I hate going out to restaurants on day like Valentines Day cause every one and their mama will be in any restaurants you can think of. So i rather stay home and cook. We both love seafood so i was thinking of making some lobster, collard greens crab legs and maybe corn..

Hm, seafood might be nice...I know that when I was a server at Ruby Tuesday they had this chicken....something that had lump crab meat on top of a marinated chicken breast and a really good parmesan sauce. I guess I could try something like that...
The dish was called Chicken Oscar, it just came back to me lol
