How can you get more child support, if you cannot prove how much a man makes?

My friend has 3 kids, and her child support is $117.00 a week. He makes more money now, but she cannot prove it. What can she do?

 She can't.  That's why some men work under the table...because when dealing with courts, if, when they try and pull up his information it shows he's making minimum wage (and not that extra whatever he gets on the side for helping afterhours or whatever) they'll go off minimum wage. 

Maybe she can tell the courts what he's doing and maybe they'll pull his tax returns?  I've never heard of that happening, but I'm just brainstorming for ya.

 Well Im in a similiar situation.  Ds's biological does not even pay cs and he is self employed (owns a remolding company) and I know he makes more than what he puts and I can not prove it unless the court summons his taxes.  Even then, self employed/business owners rig up their info for the IRS---so there is really not much she can do (if he is self employed).
