If I am not mistaking, when you are 18 the law says you are grown right or wrong?

Every real parent of kids that age know that a bold faced lie. Shoot there are thirtysomething year old people who are still not grown.

You could probably send him to a foster home until he is considered legally an adult.  But why would you give up so easily on a child that you made a choice to bring into this world?  Don't get me wrong, no ones kids, not even my own are angels.  So I can understand your frustration with your child without knowing the details.  I think a lot of parents have been there at one point in their life.  Knock on wood, my kids 13 and 17 years old have never given me a reason to want to toss them out on their butts.  But I couldn't imagine not fighting until the day I die to repair a broken relationship with them, if I had a broken relationship with them.

Not if you live in Nebraska or Alabama!  Otherwise, yes, you can! If he's still in highschool, he must be geting on your last good nerve to even consider throwing him at such a crucial time.
