He is head of the household, and there are certain things that he's better at than I am and vice versa. We both put our heads together and come up with the final say.
I don't keep score. A good example would be last year when it was time for me to get a new car, he wanted me to get a 4door family type car and i wanted a 2car sporty car. It was my car and i was the one that had to drive it so i got the car i wanted

Depends on what it is. When it comes to the kids I have final say. When it comes to financial planning he has final say beause he's better at that sort of thing. When it comes to big purchases I have final say because when he sees new tech he wants he loses all reasoning ability LOL. For the most part I leave it up to him as he is head of household.
