does anyone have any excema remedies? im lookin like a pair of alligator shoes right now :(

i use over the counter hydrocortisone. but if i don't catch it before it flares up, it takes a while to go away.

try taking some probiotics, and some cod liver oil, coconut oil, and flax seed oil for awhile and see if it helps. Also the chiropractor helps, also.

i've heard certain foods like eggs and wheat(gluten) can make it flare up

tea tree oil is really good for eczema as well. it doesn't smell very good but it has helped my sons eczema.

that's the first time i heard about the chiropracter helping. i'm going to have to ask mine about it.

Try Aquaphor as a moisturizer.  It also has healing properties in it.  This is to moisturize to prevent bad flair ups.

I agree with the coconut oil and also Vaseline or olive oil helps too. And 100% cocoa butter

Wash with ACV. It hurts but it helps it heal faster. And use the hydrocortisone. I feel your pain.
