How many of you are active?
I hateee the heat, and the rain....so if it's doing either of those outside, I'm not leaving my house LOL
But, I like to jog/run in the cold, better conditioning.
Right now, I use my birth ball for about an hour a day...I def feel it after!
Once Lia is born, we'll be starting our daily neighborhood walks probably until it cools down a bit here then back to my jogging then up to running and my size 4 HOPEFULLY by my next birthday. I had a size 4 dress for this year...clearly it still has the tags on it lol
(184 lbs of Kitten, is NOT what's up! soon and very soon, I'll have my body back to myself!

1) You're pregnant
2) I'm only 3 inches taller than you, and weigh more than that. Its all in how your body is proportioned. My plan is to be back down to about 190 by the end of the year and slowly work my way back to the 160-170 range, cuz I'll probably never be 140 pounds ever again.

I have a straight up and down body...nice hips tho, no ass, now I have these boobs I don't want...they better come in handy!!!
I accepted my body type long ago (although, i still somehow get a million comments about my butt and like most things i don't see what that has to do with anything lol)
good luck, how do you plan on getting to your goals?
I try to get at least a 30 min work out 3 times a week. Because I work, I'm always tired when I get home and waking up earlier in the morning just ain't happenin.
I also get bored easily, so I have so many workout dvds, and videos I watch on youtube it's ridiculous. I even get a good workout with "Just Dance" for the XBOX...it's so fun.

I don't really have a plan...I tend to get discouraged easily, if I don't see progress within a week or two. And I'm not talking 1 or 2 pounds either...I need to see 5-7 pounds come off if I'm gonna keep it up, but its really to do that having Lupus and being on steriods and all.
