So who exercised today? What you do? How long did you do it for?
Edit: You ladies feel free in include what you've eaten today as well, if you like. It might give someone who's stuck in a food rut a little inspiration!

I didn't. I went out to eat, since Tuesdays are my pig out days and I didn't pig out, well not pig out but able to snack. I've tried the insanity work out and OMG it is not for amateurs.
I have cardio kickboxing tonight ....
I "might" get up and go to spinning in the morning since I will be eating wayyyy to much tomorrow.
Exercised today to CRUNCH on NetFlix - Cardio Scuplt 34 minutes. I'm Alyson121 on MyFitnessPal if anyone is interested.
Oh, lemme tell y'all how I tried to sabotage my own self:
Wings are my cheat, and I cheat most times at lunch, cuz I...well, I don't have an excuse..
I packed a very healthy lunch -grilled chicken, mixed salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber, squash, roasted peppers, feta w/ sundried tomato, cauliflower, carrots - ya'll get my point...good.
But the monkey (wings) was on my back...so I go to my fav spot to get me 3 of the flat parts of the wing and was gonna add bacon bits to my salad.....
So wtf did I get to the register and realize I FORGOT MY DAYUM DEBIT CARD AT HOME....
The salad was good on it's own though....DJM!
