What would do if you caught your DH in bed with another man?

My girlfriend called me crying today for advise, she went away Thursday for a business conference, She told her DH that she would be back Sunday afternoon because she wanted to stay an extra day just to relax.  He took her to the airport Thursday.  Then he dropped the kids off to stay with their grandma because he had to work Friday and he didn't want to pay a sitter.

She told me that when she was away from her family after the conference was over Friday after noon she decided she wanted to go and spend some time with her husband so she left and headed home.

When she walk in she said the house was so quiet ‘til she thought that he was in the bed sleeping so she got naked and tiptoed to the bedroom to surprise him, but when she open the door she saw a man and her DH together.

Her DH was on the receiving end of the stick.  She said she just screamed and cried, then the men jumped up, and her DH ran after her trying to say he was so sorry and that he can explain.

The man hurried and got dressed and ran out of the house while her DH held her back.

He had the nerve to try to kiss me she said, and say he was sorry and that it's not what it looked like. She said she slapped, kicked and punched him, then she asked him to leave the house.

She has been married to him for 14 years this August it will be 15 years they have 6 kids together the baby is 8 months

She told me that as sick as this whole thing is she doesn't know if she wants to end the marriage.

I just told her that she needs some time to really think things through, that not all cases of adultery has to end in divorce maybe you and him can seek counseling. I asked her if he has ever showed signs of being interested in men before?

She said, no Kym no signs at all.  I don't know what would make him do a thing like this.  I told her that I was so sorry and that everything is going to be okay.  She just needs some time to think and to work things out.

That is true I think that he will keep hurting.
