 What do you do when your mad as hell?

Scream, punch a pillow, punch a person?

I need suggestions..i just realized i have NO healthy way to defuse my anger and i hate being angry but thats all ive been lately. Please help

Was about to post something similar to this. Maybe u r overwhelmed & should take a break from whatever is draining u.

Go for a walk, usually in a park, listen to 2pac really loud, listen to my favorite singers so I can song along, call a friend bc

First, allow yourself to be angry-you have every right to how you're feeling. One thing I can't stand is for someone to tell another person "Don't be angry/sad/depressed.".

What do you like to do? Whatever it is, try it when you get angry.

I craft, sing, write, cean, swim jog, or sometimes, scream into a pillow and cry.

 i am VERY overwhelmed. its hard for me to just shut things off though...i really should

I write to help me diffuse my tension.  I never get mad but I get tense so writing is very helpful.

I go and lay next to my babies 

I pick up my cat and pet him.

and music really helps too I play some nice music and it really helps a lot.

 writing helps me alot too

If I get tense and I'm not home I just zone out and tune out what ever it is that's causing me to feel stressed.
