Have you tried giving him alternative milks(soy, almond, hemp)..If you are worried about his calcium intake try yogurt, cheese, dark leafy veggies, grains,waffles..that's all i can think of right now..
Talk to his pediatric doctor about, but if he's getting calcium in cheese and yogurts than he will be okay. I would not put sugar or chocolate in his milk because milk has a lot of sugar in it already. And unless you plan on brushing his teeth and rising out is mouth after consumption, than I really would advice against adding sugar and chocolate to his milk. Just increase his yogurt intake, and cheese. Also try some of the other milks that's on the market, organic, or rice, almond, and soy milk products he may like some of these.
But don't forget to mention to his pediatric doctor on his next visit.
I wish you all the best.
LOL. I just saw your comment we were thinking alike, WOW!!!!, That's funny.....

I have not suggestions. My son associates milk with his bottle and refuses to drink it from his cup at home, but when his butt is at the sitter he drinks it from the cup smh. Don't really worry because he still gets the benefits of milk from cheese, yogurt etc.
